Even though this is supposed to be done through the app, the U-Haul rep makes you come inside to a dirty, dark and unkept station. People are rude. No one knows what's going on. Condition of the truck I picked up was filthy. The blankets were missing and there was no dolly. I will never rent from this location again

Got to pick up location and had to call a separate number to process CC and agreement (very inconvenient)
Tera UIt started off with my truck n out being at the original location for pickup and having to switch which thankfully was just down the road. My problems were more with the self pickup than anything. The app would not upload the before pictures of the truck. Then upon returning the truck it charged me for fuel service that it did not need. I have a picture of the fuel gauge prior to taking the truck off the lot that showed around 1/8 of a tank of fuel. I put $10 of fuel into the truck and returned it at 3/16 of a tank of fuel which is higher than when I picked it up. Yet there was roughly $42 in fuel charges between the $30 service charge and the $12 fuel charge. I put this in my notes and also declined running my payment yet the payment was run anyway. This should be returned to my account promptly. Thank you.
Matt WBased on my experience yesterday, I will go out of my way to not recommend this U-Haul location to anyone that is looking for rental trucks or trailers. The people working this location say they have their own processes and procedures than U-Haul and required me personally to call two different personal phone numbers for instructions on how to rent the appliance dolly we rented with the trailer. I found them to be inefficient and more work to rent. This should have been a very simple rental.
JARED SI had made my reservation via the U-Haul App. I admit I arrived late because my ride was late picking me up. When I did arrive my reservation had been cancelled. I started to rebook using the app while standing in the gas station. The clerk told me no and gave me a phone number to call. The guy who answered was a clerk at another gas station. I know this because I could hear him checking customers out at the register. 35 minutes later he was completed my reservation. This time I was now paying just shy of double what I had booked the reservation for on the app. Once I started the truck I discovered that it had nearly no gas in it and the air condition was broke and the truck was filthy. By the way...the gas station has porn magazines on display for sale. I can now say this is my first time renting a U-Haul where porn was available.
