Well I rented to truck for the day and the ticket said 3 hours. The lady never said where to drop off the truck if they was closed. So I dropped it off where i seen a uhaul box for key and other uhaul truck where in town. I rented it and returned the truck the same day. Only used 125 out of the 200 I got. When my bank started taken out more money I called Atwoods and told them where I dropped it and they said to call haul so I did. They charged me for two more days on the truck I returned the same day I got it. Spent 4 more days try to get someone to talk to me about this but never got anyone on the just a mashine and was on hold for hours. So know I don't recommend renting from Atwoods at all. And as far as u haul goes I want rent from your company because no one got back with me on anything.
