We were directed to this location (30 minutes further away than planned) as the only pickup option after receiving a cancellation from Uhaul the day of pickup (3 hours prior). There was no one at this location to assist with the pickup process and it took almost 30 minutes to pick up the vehicle after calling the 800 number. Once inside the vehicle, we found the fuel was completely empty (well below E on the fuel gauge). It was so empty that I had to have someone follow me to the nearest gas station about a mile away - thinking I may run out of fuel on the way.
James CHave people working there. There was nobody there had to do everything on a app that didn't work. Truck had ants in and no fuel. Worst experience I've ever had until it was time to turn the truck in, i called customer service and was told that I had to use the app to turn in the truck. I asked can you walk me through it and was told no. So why have customer service number. They have lost me as a customer for good.
