Have people working there. There was nobody there had to do everything on a app that didn't work. Truck had ants in and no fuel. Worst experience I've ever had until it was time to turn the truck in, i called customer service and was told that I had to use the app to turn in the truck. I asked can you walk me through it and was told no. So why have customer service number. They have lost me as a customer for good.
