Duane MThis location would do well with some TLC. Adding more supplies would be helpful as well. Friendly lady was efficient and helpful. Equipment and truck was ready to go. Everything worked well. I would rent from there again.

ALAN MOnce we got to pick up the U-Haul, it took us 40 minutes on the 800 number to get the door open to get the key. Once the door was open in the back, there was no move-in blankets which we had purchased. There was no dolly which we needed. And there was no key for the lock on the back. We had to go to Walmart and purchase $115 worth of moving blankets. And we had to go borrow a dolly. Also, when we got in the U-Haul, it was dead on empty. We barely made it to a gas station. Also, the brake light come on while we were traveling. We had to pull over and check the brake fluid was not our best experience. Renee Collins [redacted]
