The guy didn’t know how to hook up a trailer. Had to do it myself…which was fine, but he should know how to do it.

How about stop making the customer do your job for you. My drop off experience was ridiculous. I had to load the app and take a bunch of pictures and log the gas and mileage myself.
David HThe man that rented me the truck was very nice. The man when I dropped it off was not so nice. Made me move it to the back while he read a magazine! It was almost 100 degrees outside. There was only disabled parking available so I had to move my car to make space. Completely ridiculous! And the truck was filthy inside.
