The team at pickup was fantastic. Very flexible in letting us grab the multiple pieces of equipment in the order that made the most sense for us.

Brett MCustomer service was excellent. I was running behind and they called to confirm I was still coming. Once I got there, they were very nice and professional.
Amber MWe paid for a furniture dolly but you gave us an appliance dolly instead. You should at least refund the amount paid for a furniture dolly. They are not the same thing!
