rodney hDrop off was easy and simple. Pick-up took about 45min-hour which set us behind but the gentleman helping us was very kind. The truck was free of debris but after my kids walked barefoot in the back for a couple minutes they were covered in black soot which means all the things we packed in there got that dirty too. Oh well! Part of the moving process I guess but we are overall very happy with our rental.
