Originally was scheduled to pick up in Fort Collins, CO. Arrived, paid, checked out, then had the equipment installed. The light on the trailer did not work so they sent us to the Longmont location which was 45 minutes away. We arrived at the Longmont location where they charged us more money, told us to call corporate if we had an issue, then installed the trailer. When we looked at the trailer when we got back into town, the lights were out on that one as well.

The guy did not tell me that I need to check messages and confirm the received equipment before leaving the lot. So I had to call U-Haul myself later, after discovering the missed message.

Quintin ZThe unit was bouncing in the drivers side front tire. I had to call emergency road service to get a new tire installed. It still bounced the entire trip. I have used UHaul like 7 times in the last 15 years and this was the worst experience I ever had. This guy never answers his phone or helps with anything, he's useless.
PAUL JGas gage was at 7/8 and I thought it was full but the gage was wonky. I filled up before returning and it took about 7 gallons. The gage read past full. I was wrong about the gage malfunction. The truck didn't have a full tank. Otherwise, all went well. Need to attach the gas cap on that truck though.
