I picked up the truck in a dirty condition. The representative who handed it over told me I needed to move another truck because she didn't know how to drive it. When I returned the truck, the situation was the same: she said she didn't care where I left it and again asked me to move another truck. I will never use this location, and I don't recommend it to others either.

Excellent service! The staff was friendly, professional, and made the rental process very easy. I especially appreciated the flexible hours—they accommodated my late pickup and also offer convenient early morning and even 24-hour pickup options. The truck was clean, well maintained, and exactly what I needed. I will definitely rent from this location again. Highly recommended!

Tracy MI was called the day before my reservation and told that the initial booking I had made needed to be moved to this location since the original location wouldn’t have the truck. I was already upset about this given that I had purposely plan my route and pick this U-Haul for a reason and had booked it two weeks in advance. On my pick up day, I arrived at this location where I was informed that they didn’t have the truck. I was then informed that I would have to drive a 20 foot truck. I have no other choice but to take this booking, I called U-Haul and after conversation, they waived the additional fee for the extra length truck, but I feel like I should’ve been compensated extra given these experiences. I’m extremely disheartened and disappointed in U-Haul. It was a very stressful experience.
GIANNA MI had paid for dollies and furniture mover and pads, Brett had me drive to another location to pick them up..but other location didn't have them neither..so I call Brett and told him that I was taking the rental truck back. And to cancel the order he said, that it was OK that I wasn't gonna get charge anything. Surprise I see a transaction of almost $80.00 charge to my account..Will call my bank and dispute transaction...
