Mark SDrop off was closed earlier then hours listed so never talked to anyone. However er I was charged almost $500 more with zero explanation
Scott VMy rental was supposed to be available for pick up through the app at 8:00 am. When I arrived and was going through the check-in process on the app, it had me call a customer service number. I was informed that I would have to wait until the shop opened because the vehicle was not ready for pick-up via the app. When one of the employees arrived, I told him why I was there, and he began cursing and complaining about the situation. It was not directed at me, but at the company. I was handed the keys and told that the truck was parked outside. When I found the truck that I rented, it had signage in the windshield that I had to remove. This was a terrible experience.
