How U-Haul Reviews WorkWe rented 2 bags of moving blankets. We ended up not using them at all. The bags were never even opened. When my husband returned the trailer, he asked if they could credit our account for the unused/unopened blankets & was told that since we rented the trailer from a different location than theirs, they couldn't do anything about a credit. I don't know if this is factual or they didn't want to take the time to issue a credit, but every location should have access to the online information & should be able to do this. If this is true, they should at least put a note to the original rental location that blankets were returned unopened if a credit is possible. Otherwise, it's our word against theirs.
