I reserved 2 utility dollys. When I got to the location, there was only one and we were told we couldn’t have that one because someone just reserved it. But my reservation was first and I was there and the other person was not.

JOSEPH Klady on the phone was rude and spoke to us like we were little kids, it was pretty condesending. Its a simple process.. lmao we dont need to be spoken to like we dont understand how to pick up and drop off a truck. but the older gentleman who helped us retrieve the uhaul was really kind and helpful.
