The drop off location was closed so we used the drop off box. Again we were not able to probably provide required information as the app again did not work properly.

Keith MRenting was quick and easy, just wish it wasn’t so expensive.
Henry SI inquired about the overcharges at the dropoff location, and I was told they will remove the extra charges, as they calculate the miles used in the final bill. I was told to wait for an email with the final bill. I am still waiting for that email 2 days later.
TIMOTHY CIt was all good and it was easy for me to follow the directions to get the truck. I took the pictures and we moved. Thank you so much. Have a good day
