I was charge for an extra day, which I did not have the truck less than 24 hours. I dropped it off in the morning when the store was closed. They charged my card for extra day which is still on my debit card I called the store numerous times and the manager was rude and never called me back when he said he was calling me back. I’m very irritated about the $47.90 they charge me extra on the mistake on their end.

Thomas the attendant refused to help me offload the trailer as he said that he could not go outside and assist as he was the only person working and said it would be a safety concern if he left the building to help. He also did not send out my receipt and proof of return until after I left.
VICTOR LThe truck had not been clean in a while, nasty inside. The last person that rented the truck even left all of his paperwork in the truck. I left it there so they could see it. The attendants were great all around.
