Seemed like a lot of things I was asked to do was for the benefit of the person checking me in and out, I needed to park it a certain way, all blankets needed to be folded how I picked them up. I attached and detached the trailer myself. Felt like it was told to me that way so they didn’t have to do it. Equipment wise everything worked good and proper as attended.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe button on the end of the shift shift knob button for tow package you have to push it every time you start the truck. I got worse, gas mileage until I figured it out.
Larry WThe guy helping me was running the whole station. Managing a super busy marathon location in a up and coming crazy ass area. He was dealing with crackheads on bikes, gas pumps, and all kinds of craziness. Yet he still somehow had time to help me hook up my trailer. A++
Sean OGreat location, excellent service team.
Joao BThe pick-up and drop-off was easy. However, for the actual truck I was issued, I was surprisingly disappointed to learn that with today's technology on vehicles, this truck lacked a backup camera, lacked parking sensors and lacked blind spot monitor. Given that most every person who rents a U-Haul truck normally does not drive trucks and that they are usually driving them for long distances. U-Haul as company should only rent trucks with all of today's safety technology on the truck.
