Had a blow out while driving on parkway. Took over 2 hours to get back on road. The guy replacing tire didn’t have right lug nut wrench so luckily we had one and he also noticed ALL of the lug nuts on all 4 wheels were loose and at risk of falling off. We lost half a day and were at risk for a major accident due to the carelessness and lack of anyone checking the lug nut tightness and wheel conditions. Unacceptable.
