The U-Haul truck was newer and drove well, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. There was an unpleasant smell inside the cab, and the back of the truck had clearly not been cleaned before pickup. The floor had a significant amount of sticky, dried black residue and had not been swept out. Overall, the newer truck was appreciated, but I expected it to be clean and ready for the next customer. A thorough cleaning between rentals would make a big difference in the experience.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThere was a charge for gas which they quickly corrected. Friendly folks."
Russell WIt is an easy drop off location. Actual facility could be cleaned a bit.
Emily PWell for starters you could put signs out telling people where to go we had drive around the location before seeing a plain door with no markings to tell us that was the office we just guessed. Next the location itself is a very trashy rent by the week motel that didn’t look safe at all. And lastly the lot was so disorganized that we had to park the truck in the motel parking area
patrick pClearer directions for finding the location is my biggest suggestion
