It took an hour to get the computers to cooperate to pickup up a tow dolly. The staff did their best and said the computers are always glitchy. They must have tried at least a dozen times before it finally went through. They were just about ready to say, just take it and we'll sort it out later when it finally went through. The dolly itself was in good shape but had a tail light held on with duct tape. I didn't want to get held responsible for damage so I took pictures and pulled around to show the staff. They weren't aware of the damage which concerned me but at least they were aware of it before I left the premises. Otherwise, no issues wit the dolly itself or checking it back in.

Fast and efficient
Brad TPersonnel was not familiar with auto transport equipment and unable to offer assitance hooking equipment up to U-haul
Dionte SOn 1/30/2026, I reached out to a local hotel in the town where I live. I explained to the owner of the hotel that I needed to rent a small moving truck for only a couple of hours to move a few pieces of nice furniture across town, and asked if I could possibly get a discounted rate since I would be using the vehicle for such a short period. The owner explained to me that he was unable to offer such a discount. I understood. I then asked if he would honor my military discount, as I'm a United States Navy Veteran. He laughed at me and said they didn't recognize military services. I disappointedly accepted the denial and rented the vehicle. When I arrived to my home and opened the cargo door, I was not pleased with the filthy mess I noticed. It took me almost an hour to clean, sweep, mop, and wipe down the inside of the cargo area. I returned the truck about for hours after renting it and putting only ten miles on it, and informed the owner about the mess that need to be cleaned before I loaded my very nice furniture. Again he briefly laughed and said he was sorry. I also mentioned to him about my concern with the cracked windshield the truck had, as that could likely be a safety hazard, and also constitute a sanction from law enforcement. I was ignored. I feel that I should have gotten a better rate, or for sure a military discount for renting that filthy, and potentially hazardous moving truck. I will be using another truck rental company if I ever have the need to do so again.I do not enjoy leaving poor reviews, but I thought this was necessary.
