When I called to reserve the trailer, the person did not tell me that the location had been changed in Maquoketa and it took me more time to find the new location. The person on the phone was very difficult to understand! No sign to tell me where the office was at the motel. The units were in the back of the motel.
HAROLD KThe man who checked the equipment in did not even unhook the trailer. He told me to park in back and let me unhook the trailer. This might be a liability issue.i am a 60 year old woman. If the trailer causes me injury, uhaul is responsible. I should never have had to lift the tongue off the hitch myself.
Carla BI had trouble finding anyone at this location. Once I did it was an easy process, but it took longer than it needed to.
