Nothing against the location but wanted to flag Blue Buck Moving Company I booked them through UHaul and trusted them very much since they rated 5 star - which later made me question U-Haul’s due diligence since other platform only rated them 2 star. Looking back, I wish I had never done service with them. The movers showed up TWO HOURS late without clear explanation. They DESTROYED BOTH of my TV screen & monitor screens without any apologies. GHOSTED me completely when reached out for financial reimbursement. No, I would NOT recommend them AT ALL

I actually had made the reservation to pick up in Ballwin a month in advance and was told they didn't have a trailer for me a couple days in advance. What was the purpose of planning ahead?
