Don't charge me for gas that was where it was when I picked it up. It had 1/4 tank and thats what I brought it back with. Now the rental gas scamming with the metrics instead of looking at the gas gauge is ridiculous. Just another way to screw the customer. Oh yea and the App doesnt work. Had to call on pickup because the photos would not upload (of course there was one of the gas tank. Then I dropped off the truck 14 hours early and the App would not let me select Drop Off. I had to call Uhaul Customer Asst.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkMobile App was horrible. At Pick Up the App kept spinning with each step. Took approximately 25 minutes. Lock on lockbox for keys did not line up properly and could not get key out. Needed help. Took 40 minutes to get pics to upload at checkout. Kept showing errors. Gas at pick up was just under full so it took 4.6 gallons on gas to fill up for 45 miles driven.

NURLAN APicking up the U-Haul, we had to wait an hour with four salesmen. Then dropping off, no one was available to assist so the salesman asked us to park the car and drop the key in the box. Their app for picking up the van didn’t work so I had to take pictures and keep on my phone. Very bad customer service.
