This is the second time I have gone to Becks Auto Group to rent from U-Haul. Both times that I have rented, NO personnel from U-Haul were present. The first time a car salesman felt bad I stood there for nearly 45 mins waiting, he checked the trailer out for me on the u-haul computer. I will never rent from this location again! On 8/25 At 0900, I arrived to Becks to pick up a trailer again and NO personnel were there. I had to drive to a different location in Sharpsville (15 mins out of my way) to pick up a trailer. The location at Becks Auto Group is useless.

It's a car dealership. They sell cars and everyone there was busy doing do. I had to ask for someone to help me 3 times before an inexperienced guy came over. Lower hinge on door was broken
