How U-Haul Reviews WorkPick up location was fine, just not the preferred location.
Michael WMy reservation was changed and had to pick up at a different location. I was told that I would still be able to pick it up at 8 AM. At 8 PM on the evening before I was to pick it up I was called to tell me that I could not pick it up until 9 o’clock. I arrived at 8:30 and waited until someone finally arrived at 9:20. I had rented this truck to pick up items that I purchased in an auction. I had loading dock time from 9 AM to 11 AM. I did not arrive to load out until almost 10:00 I lost out on loading some of my purchase due to not being able to get it all in in the time allotted. To say this was anything other than a nightmare would be a lie.
Scott TSame as my first comment refund me the $30 the guy on the phone gave me for the first location fiasco and the $40 I had it from other location because that trailer was to wobbly.
Joshua WI can not give feedback on the staff at drop off due to dropping off equipment after hours, however, the app was user friendly
