office was not open as it said on google maps. a gentlemen that was sitting in his vehicle (possibly a worker) was there & was kind enough to help me. I did drop it off a day early & adjusted the day/time in the app but the app did not give me drop off instructions like it was supposed to. everything was "fine" I guess. I received the final receipt with the additional $25 charge that I was not happy with, as mentioned in the pick up review due to mileage limit (with no notice & insufficient)
