Worst experience ever. As if I didn’t have enough on my plate between having to move and my daughter having to go to the hospital with a life threatening illness, the fucking truck keys were never put in the lock box. So I wasted over an hour trying to get a box truck on the phone with customer service, no one in the store location at all, and then finding a THC Vape on the foot step of the truck which tells me that u haul would rather be getting high instead of doing their fucking job. After I called to complain I was told I would not only get $50 for the truck not being ready and available as promised, that I would further be compensated, I just needed to call and tell someone. I talked with a man named Kevin who did not fulfill that promise, he only gave me the $50 and nothing more. Truly disappointed and I will be spreading the word about this terrible experience.
