All the vehicles need to be accessible to the customer, or need to be checked before renting. We came to pick up a truck and had to literally dig it out because it was trapped between two other trucks and there was no one on site to help.

Angel WFire the manager and close it down. I rented a small single axle 4 x 8 trailer for a one-way trip to NYC 1500 miles away. About 100 miles into the trip the trailer started to vibrate and rattle because it had a bad tire. I didn’t know this until 500 miles later when a good Samaritan told me about the tire, vibrating and bouncing up and down on the highway, I pulled into a truckstop and called roadside assistance, who was very responsive and in about two hours, came to change the tire. The Melissa, Texas location. Said they were going to see about a refund for my trouble and anguish, but I never heard back from them and I’m filing a complaint with the company.
