When I arrived there was no one on site. When I called U Haul for assistance they gave me the access code to the key box and when I opened it there was no key. They then gave me the code to the second key box and I was able to take the second truck; however, I was supposed to have a hand truck and pads and there were none in either truck. I had to go to the closest corporate store to pick up the hand truck and pads and was told I would have to pay the full price for the hand truck even though the original quote for switching my rental from the corporate store to this community store was supposed to be $4.00. The lady at the corporate store was also quite rude and made no effort to be understanding about the issue. The entire debacle cost me an hour of mine and my daughter's time, and if it weren't that I have had good experiences with UHaul in the past, I would swear off having anything to do with the company again. I would like to also note that my original rental was with the corporate store, but I switched after receiving a phone call asking me to help out the neighborhood store because they were new. However, while speaking with the rep to get into the second truck he mentioned this wasn't the first issue like this they had seen with this site. You should not encourage customers to switch to a site that has a known issue serving your customers.

A representative called and asked if I would be willing to pick up my vehicle from a different. I was sent the address without any instruction on how to pick up my vehicle. I had no idea that the location did not have a building or staff on site. When I was asked to pick up from a different location, the guy didn’t give me any instruction.
Rhonda BI put 12 dollars in gas in before returning. That put gas gage over what it was when I picked it up. But I was charged 11 dollars for gas on final bill.
TIMOTHY GRoadz Mobile Tire was a run down building with three broken down cars and an old cement truck. An awful representation for U-Haul. The rental truck was great, but the facility was embarrassing and terrible. I won’t return there.
Roger HApp kept kicking us in circles, had trouble getting ahold of someone (at one point the machine told us it would be an hour to get through), key was not in lockbox after we finally got it open. Couldn’t add any of the departure photos to the app, was told to give them at drop off but no one was available at drop off to give them too. Not sure U-Haul even got all the information they needed from us. Overall we got a truck for the price they said but the whole experience didn’t feel professional at all.
