franklyn uI was moving from Miami to Dallas. Pick-up location is a high traffic density gas station/U-Haul dealer location on the river (think several drawbridge delays). It was not my original pick up spot and took me an additional 30 minutes to get to and back home from. U-Haul informed me of the change the day before pickup. The lady at the gas station kept stopping helping me to take care of gas station customers and food customers. Next she tried to bill me $500 more than my reservation and I felt like she was totally put out for having to call U-Haul to get it right. Delivered the truck with 32 miles remaining to empty and the only thing she mentioned is I’d get a $15 credit for turning it in with a quarter of a tank for the next customer. Want to guess how hard it was to refuel that truck in downtown Miami? Horrible experience overall, I’d never recommend this location.
