The man told me that if the monitor went off not to worry about it because just had something to do with the tres and the tiers were fine. The alarm went off every 30 seconds and I could show you that with some pictures that I took while I was sitting at a light. It was not only a tire. It was another alarm to do with traction. Another alarm to do with tire monitor. It was extremely annoying and alarming driving the truck with this alarm constantly going off, especially when I noticed there was other things coming up. The last time I rented a U-Haul it was in Florida many years ago and I also had a bad experience. I was leaving Florida going to Texas with a 4-year-old daughter. Fortunately my father checked the oil and there was none. So this second experience has showed me that you do not pay enough attention to your dealers to make sure that they care for their equipment. I will not use U-Haul again.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkReally great reception and customer service.
JOSHUA BOne of the employees stayed after to lift the trailer off my hitch. Excellent customer service.
Matthew HNothing, Kevin and his folks at this location are great to work with.
AARON SThe vehicle had a tire sensor damage and can use better cleaning. The only plus of the location is being the only one accessible in Midland MI. The person in charge is kind toward costumers.
