Original reservation was made at a different location (closer to my house), which resulted in added mileage we had to pay for. So I would’ve preferred to pick up from that original location (Mosely, VA)

We showed up during posted open hours and no one was there, we ended up using the key drop and leaving the truck outside. We would have liked to talk with someone. We did get the receipt later, so then knew it was checked back in.

Charles FUpon dropping my vehicle off I was charged almost $300 for 2 missing dolly’s that I never received in the first place. When trying to resolve this issue again with customer service they were not helpful.
