The location was fine, however this is not where we were supposed to pick up our rental. No one called, like they are supposed to, to confirm on Friday. When I did the online confirmation my original location was listed. The original location opened an hour earlier, that's why we chose them. We were on a tight schedule for college move in. If company standards are no longer being followed, stop telling customers you will be contacting them
