Parking lot was completely full, I had a lot of trouble dropping off the trailer. Exits were blocked with moving vehicles and the woman in the front was very overwhelmed. I don’t blame the cashier at all, she was overloaded and given too many vehicles while also dealing with too many customers. Also a homeless person walked out when I was trying to get inside. I think he comes to use the restroom.

ABEL OThe only reason I gave this location a below average was the fact that it was pouring down rain, there was no office at this location as they were getting ready to move. We stood under a small awning trying to not get soaked while doing the paperwork. The fact that the owner met us there in a Saturday when he's normally closed, I'll give him 10 stars for that!! This was a rushed move to move my father's belongings back to Missouri after suffering a heart attack.
Quintin JMaybe it is not of your concern but, to install the arnés (which I brought with me) on my truck I was charged $80, which I think was a little bit excessive. Apart from that, there are no complaints, personnel was very kind and friendly, all the time in service attitude.
