The only reason I gave this location a below average was the fact that it was pouring down rain, there was no office at this location as they were getting ready to move. We stood under a small awning trying to not get soaked while doing the paperwork. The fact that the owner met us there in a Saturday when he's normally closed, I'll give him 10 stars for that!! This was a rushed move to move my father's belongings back to Missouri after suffering a heart attack.

Maybe it is not of your concern but, to install the arnés (which I brought with me) on my truck I was charged $80, which I think was a little bit excessive. Apart from that, there are no complaints, personnel was very kind and friendly, all the time in service attitude.
Luis DSlow.Agent did not seem to care. Was not communicative.I could not tell if he was ignoring me or continue with what he was doing when I arrived. I was in a hurry as I was going to miss a flight and expressEd my concern. He did not respond to my questions. It was only after I was assertive and asked repeatedly. No thank you or reassurances he understand my concerns. Plus I was ask to return the rental to another town while I passed up a few other Uhaul location. Not happy. Still waiting on my refund!!!!!
JUAN CWorst experience ever!!! Fucking so unorganized and on top of that the place where I picked up the shitty u-hula charged me 60 for a unknown charge! lol hey just charged it with out telling me what it was for! I’m definitely reaching out to the Better business Bureau!
MIchael THowever I got a call from U-Haul the next day wondering if I had returned the truck. Concerns me that they had not done their work.
