He was 30 mins late to check the truck out for us and did not add the time back to us that he used. On top of that we feel he overcharged us for using it despite him being late

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI didn’t order safe tow! Office wasn’t open or staffed when I was there to pick up the trailer.
COLEMAN AParking lot was completely full, I had a lot of trouble dropping off the trailer. Exits were blocked with moving vehicles and the woman in the front was very overwhelmed. I don’t blame the cashier at all, she was overloaded and given too many vehicles while also dealing with too many customers. Also a homeless person walked out when I was trying to get inside. I think he comes to use the restroom.

ABEL OThe only reason I gave this location a below average was the fact that it was pouring down rain, there was no office at this location as they were getting ready to move. We stood under a small awning trying to not get soaked while doing the paperwork. The fact that the owner met us there in a Saturday when he's normally closed, I'll give him 10 stars for that!! This was a rushed move to move my father's belongings back to Missouri after suffering a heart attack.
