For some reason when I tried to use Google maps to find the location from inside the U-Haul app it kept sending me to a different location. Other then that it was a great and fast experience.
DEVON NShe was very friendly and helpful. Problem is the truck and whoever maintains it. It had no oil and low tire. Thankfully I noticed and was able to get air and oil without incident. She did handle get us reimbursed. The back end didn’t open properly and almost broke my back trying to open it. Then it slammed down on us when we closed it. Again they were helpful and I hate to say the location is bad. Maybe get a new maintenance person???
Beth BI was able to get the equipment same day. I rented a trailer he made sure it was hooked up properly and the lights worked. Will definitely use them again
