How U-Haul Reviews WorkSpent to much time registering vehicle on phone when we arrived to pick up. trouble downloading pictures. Not a good easy process. rather have a live person to make transaction pick up and drop off.
ANTHONY CU-Haul personnel helpful and friendly. Office, although small, was clean. Location not very good and office closes at 2 pm. Did not effect me but would if someone wanted to return a trailer late afternoon or early evening.
james gThey didn’t have the correct truck I wanted or needed. Then they charged me for gas when the truck wasn’t even full, it was 2/3 full plus I put 20.00 back in gas, then you guys still charged me for gas
TIMOTHY FLocation was closed. Gates locked. Had to leave the truck parked outside
