We originally booked the car trailer out of Redding U-Haul. As our date got closer U-Haul changed the pick-up location to Weed. We attempted to pickup at Weed and were told we couldn't rent the trailer sitting there. There was also a severe language barrier at Weed. I would suggest U-Haul no longer use the Weed location based on poor customer service and limited English on the part of the people operating this location. Shasta Valley Tire was excellent, friendly, and helpful. It should also be noted that Redding U-Haul had 3 car trailers sitting on their property when we picked up the car dollie. If 3 are sitting there, how is it I had to go to Montague to pick one up?

Debra DI really don't see any improvement needed. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, they were efficient and knowledgeable, and accomplished their tasks speededly and efficiently. I would highly recommend U-haul, at 450 11th St in Montaque, CA.
