The staff was generally fine, but had no suggestions for dealing with a malfunctioning U-Haul website that would not focus the phone camera to take photos at pickup. The U-haul app crashed whenever attempting to take a photo. I was unable to submit useable pickup or dropoff photos due to U-haul's IT system malfunctioning with no on-site staff backup alternative. Absurd to try and hand off basic operating functions of your business to customer devices with no backup.

I was charged for an extra day because my return wasn't logged into the system until the following morning. I am still waiting for this to be resolved.
Amanda PStaff was friendly and helpful but appeared a little disorganized however I also recognize it was 10:00 on a Sunday morning and the store just opened.
Robert BTruck was picked up almost empty , was marked as three quarters full. In my hurry while packing did not initially realize this, but came back to them with a receipt of over $100 in gas before leaving town Despite this they refuse to update the gas mileage on the initial report which caused me to be charged in additional fee on arrival
Basem DOffice closed at 3 but I was told to return equipment by 5. Confusing.
