There should be someone there during their open hours or at least someone to answer their phone or a way to leave a voice message. I am glad I was able to back it in, unhook and lift it off the receiver.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe location was closed when we dropped off the truck. Everything was done online , which was convenient.
Cassandra JI have no complaints, I’m completely satisfied with the service that I received. The agent was very helpful. Thank you
Char HI had to drive 36 miles to pick it up. From Greenbrier, Arkansas. Locate closer location.
RONALD DMy trailer had a leak in it - destroyed hundreds of dollars worth of items. I was given a drop off location, times, and instructions that were all inaccurate and then was threatened with a charge. It got figured out, but this was incredibly stressful on top of moving (already stressful enough).
