Although I received multiple emails saying I was guaranteed a trailer closer to my preferred pick up location UHaul continued to change up up to an hour before I had to pick it up.

Harold GNo one was available for drop-off, thanks to U-Haul.com I had no issues, but there were people there with reservations to pick up equipment and no one was around. Hours are posted Open at 10 but by 10:30, no one showed up so the others left without their equipment. I do think it was a little expensive for a one way small trailer rental. I could see $50 a day, but $280 total for a small trailer? That's expensive.
