very pleasant and efficient staff. pickup couldnt be easier. this after my reservation in syracuse (where I drove 30 minutes) failed, only to be told after waiting in line 20 minutes that they didnt have the trailer I reserved. so i drove 30 minutes back to my home. but called UHaul who found me the trailer in Morrisville. Another 20 minute drive, so i did get the trailer after all and the Morrisville folks were very helpful. Morrisville Napa Auto gets A+++ but the Syracuse Teal Avenue UHaul get a fail. didnt have my trailer and didnt inform me.

I did not go inside the location so I cannot rate its cleanliness, but it looked good from the outside. I did an after hours drop off so I did not meet any of the personnel. However, I did speak to them on the phone and they were incredibly helpful with assisting me in completing the after hours drop off.

Maryanne GOver the phone I called your 800 number and I asked for the same mileage rate as my last rental (.79) which was only one day prior because the truck wasn’t at my preferred location and I was told that they couldn’t go below 1.00 per mile because it was considered a weekend rental. That was the disappointing part of my experience. Especially because I was a returning customer within the same week.
