Over the phone I called your 800 number and I asked for the same mileage rate as my last rental (.79) which was only one day prior because the truck wasn’t at my preferred location and I was told that they couldn’t go below 1.00 per mile because it was considered a weekend rental. That was the disappointing part of my experience. Especially because I was a returning customer within the same week.

Daniel EThe trailer had to be cleaned, in the trailer it states a $15.00 fee for cleaning, the location never reviewed the interior , also I was told it was daily rate up to a four day service, why is bill over $500.00 for just two days . I would like some feedback
