the trailer brakes were not working could of been a real problem if I weren't and experienced having a class A license. they were told of the problem and they didn't seem to care. I would think proper maintenance would be very important to u haul!

CLAYTON Svery pleasant and efficient staff. pickup couldnt be easier. this after my reservation in syracuse (where I drove 30 minutes) failed, only to be told after waiting in line 20 minutes that they didnt have the trailer I reserved. so i drove 30 minutes back to my home. but called UHaul who found me the trailer in Morrisville. Another 20 minute drive, so i did get the trailer after all and the Morrisville folks were very helpful. Morrisville Napa Auto gets A+++ but the Syracuse Teal Avenue UHaul get a fail. didnt have my trailer and didnt inform me.
