I had specifically requested the truck to be dropped in Port Angeles. Halfway from Moses Lake I get a text changing the location to Whidbey island. So then I called to get that fixed. Only to find out I dropped the truck in Port Angeles. I got charged $207 for a wrong location fee and some other charges. I never got my $100 credit for delivering a trailer to port Townsend. It has been nothing short of a miracle to have this U-Haul experience to be uneventful. The only place that was friendly was Port Townsend. They were great.

Veronica PThe trailers need to go through a return checklist. I rented a trailer and drove an hour and a half to pick something up. When I got there and loaded the trailer, the tire nearly went flat. It had less than 15psi in it.
Jeremy CWhen unhooking the trailer at the drop off location, the frayed ends hooked the top of my center finger of my right hand and ripped the skin to the bone from the fingernail to my center tip. Continues to require medical attention. Very not happy about bleeding all over my car on the way to the hospital after dropping the trailer off. The lot attendant was very cordial. Lotta tenant had no idea of the frayed ends of either as the trailer was from Virginia and was being dropped in Washington. It was his first contact. I must say the frayed wire end was very dangerous and it did cut me deeply and I use my hands daily in my job. Currently sitting here thinking about how painful it is.
Thomas HAt slow speeds the trailer bounced around so much I thought it might come off the hitch.
