I returned the truck and it didn’t get checked back in for over 24, after two calls to Uhaul and the manager getting involved. Otherwise, rental was fine, but don’t leave until you know your transaction is complete.

Dennis KI retuned the vehicle on Saturday 8/8/26 at about 7pm to a lady at Cardinals Fuel Quickway. She said she would tell her boss I returned it early. I found out on Monday, 8/10 that the vehicle had not been checked in or returned in their computer system. The lady on Saturday night didn't do her job. What is her job anyway? This UHAUL is a great place to pick up and drop off a UHAUL item. The check in people are lazy and do no do their jobs.
Nancy CThe app and check in and out process is very difficult. It logs you out of everything when your phone screen shuts off. The insane amount of pictures to take is completely ridiculous. Instructions for return are not clear.
