Depending on whether or not it was the local location which did not call me about my reservation the night before I was scheduled to pick it up. I would either recommend them or not recommend them. I did have a bit of trouble making a reservation, getting it corrected, and getting the correct size truck (which that location did not have; fortunately they had the next smaller size down. It wasn't big enough, but it was better than no truck at all.) So I was not happy with this service when you say you're gonna call about a reservation then call. And I discovered that it wasn't actually a reservation just a request which also was not very helpful. Fix that.

The truck did run rough and sounded like it needed the tires checked and possibly aligned. I did report it to the store I turned the truck into.
