The app was extremely difficult to use. For some reason, the photos I was taking in the app would not upload and there’s no way to upload photos directly from your camera on your phone. I had to call and speak with somebody to send me a web base link to get a photo to upload versus using the app. This added an additional 30 minutes to my pick up time, which was inconvenient.
