Perform the actual walk around with the client in person. I had to ask to look at the vehicle jointly after finding some little defects.

Christopher MU-Haul could charge less for mileage. Maybe for people who need to move things multiple times in a year. I seem to recall free, unlimited mileage fees for trucks in the past.
