I’ve rented from Newmarket Storage several times and always a positive experience and a convenient location.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThere were two 20’ trucks when I arrived. One was new but had a dead battery. Someone showed up with a battery… there was no urgency to fix it despite the length of my move and there being another person who would be renting the other truck. I was given the other 20’ truck and the other rental was canceled. The truck I got had over 125k miles for a 800 mile trip. The truck had a muffler issue and did not handle that great. All in all the trip was not bad but I would have been happier if they had gone the extra mile, swapped out the battery and cared about my experience.
Anthony BThe attendant, Mara, was excellent. She communicated well and took care of my needs and any questions. I'll be back.
David REven though the 2 original U-Haul reps did not do their job and gave us the run around, Newmarket was extremely helpful and accommodating since they were not given a heads up we were even dropping off. Very bad communication on the first 2 reps.
Jennifer MProfessional and gracious as well as efficient and kind.
