I am frustrated with the whole U-Haul experience and this isn’t common for me to voice my frustrations, but I feel like your system needs changes. I originally rented from a different location starting at 9 AM for four hours. Your system switched it to a different location starting at 10 AM. When we arrived. We had to wait a little while to be waited on and then we’re informed that we had to have the vehicle back by 1 PM which was not the four hours we needed. We also rented two dollies and the location had none available for us. to get us checked out and into our vehicle to start driving took at least 45 minutes so basically we barely had two hours and we needed 4… it was very disappointing…our total charge was the same even though we didn’t have the right amt of time! When we returned the vehicle, your system was down and so they weren’t able to actually check us out like they should’ve been able to. If we would’ve waited for it to happen. It would’ve probably been 30 minutes to an hour.! I was being aware that this happens frequently when people book a certain place and a certain vehicle that the system changes it and honestly, I don’t think that that’s a good practice. There’s a reason a person may choose the time or certain place for pick up and it shouldn’t be so easily changed.
