I wouldn't recommend the Uhaul in Williamstown Ma though! I originally rented from there, I get there, do the necessary steps, and come to find out there's no key for the moving van. It's after hours, so the place is closed. I call Uhaul customer service and I'm on the phone with the employee for almost 40 minutes, she was kind, and helpful, but overall it was a terrible experience. So, then I'm told to go to the North Adams one, which I did, and it was fine there. I finally got my moving truck. But, the whole experience took over an hour of my time. Moving is hard enough without having to start out with all that stress. Plus my moving help left, because it took so long. So, it was just me and my kiddo moving our stuff. Not fun!

linda rI was hooked up to the wrong trailer the tire blew out and caused damage to my vehicle and nobody checked the trailer to see if it was the right trailer he just hooked it up and said I was good to go
Henry CThe uhaul truck was not clean and smelled of urine. The tank was left on empty when I picked it up. I filled it halfway when I returned it. The check in process was easy and smooth. Good customer service. I would recommend as last option.
