N/A I had no interaction with anyone in person or by phone when dropping off the truck. It took a few minutes to figure where and how to drop off the truck. The key drop-off box was hidden behind a track that had been previously drop off. I cannot recommend the location because I really didn't have any real experience here.

Service your trailers before renting them out
Samuel TGood customer service, but I had a minor scrape/wound from exiting the back of the trailer during loading. Upon inspection of the back, I noticed sharp metal sticking out on the bottom below the door. If a thorough inspection was done, this could have been fixed easily with a hammer. Instead, it cost me some skin on the back of my leg. Pictures available upon request.
