People were nice. A.C. Was broken in truck. Lady said sorry but I would think they would test there truck before they loaned it out. I wouldn’t have rented this truck if I knew A.C. Was broken.

Manuel AVery tight quarters to pick up the trailer with a truck. Had to back out the driveway after being full there is no turnaround.
James JHonestly, I wasn't happy with the service. According to the app, they guarantee the truck will be ready at the scheduled time, but that wasn't the case, I had to wait about 45 minutes. When I got the truck, I realized none of the requested accessories were inside, so I had to go back to the office to get them, and none of the staff helped me load them. Another important point: the truck's steering is misaligned the steering wheel points one way, but the vehicle goes another.
