There was only one person at the front desk and various customers waiting for service. Bryan helped me very good. No complaints with him, but I'm sure it's overwhelming for him to tend to customers in a timely manner and answer the phone at the same time. Then again it was lunch time so not sure if there was somebody else out to lunch.
Richard BI rent this vehicle in the morning, but I did not pick it up until the afternoon and the gas what he said it was it was not. I take a picture immediately and I called and he let me know that is nothing he can do customer service very very, very bad. Please find somewhere else to rent your truck.
MILDRED RWe did mobile pick up it was very easy to follow, we had done it at another location before and they had the lock box hidden so it was refreshing to be staring right at it. We were missing the appliance dolly, but we ended up not needing it. We arrived at 7 am so the place wasn’t crowded at all and really seems like the best time to come if your able to use tech.
Eve lThe rental truck I received was not properly maintained and suffered from severe enough vibrations to hurt the driver and passengers. There should be some way that management/employees at this location can know of any malfunctions which their rental equipment is suffering before they allow customers to rent it. If there is no procedure in place to regularly inspect equipment, that is a problem. And if there is a procedure, but the particular vehicle I rented slipped under their radar, then that is a separate problem. Nonetheless, something about how this location inspects their equipment needs to change.
